Activities

• Monday:
  • Instructor-led deep-dive on retrieval augmented generation
  • As needed, instructor review of previous technical topics
• Tuesday:
  • DECO5 and DECO6 and DEPC5 and DEPC6 presentation slides completed through the use of Quarto, RevealJS, Markdown, Git, GitHub, and the GitHub Flow model
  • Presentation available, in final form, as a pull request in the GitHub repository for the course web site, no later than 11:59 PM
  • Each DECO5, DECO6, DEPC5 and DEPC6 team member must use Git and their own GitHub account to commit their work to the pull request for their team’s slides
• Wednesday:
  • Continue working on second document engineering tool-building project
  • Students give in-person brief demonstration to course instructor
• Wednesday Laboratory:
  • Team-based delivery of DECO5 and DECO6 presentations
  • Team-based delivery of DEPC5 and DEPC6 presentations
• Friday:
  • Use installed software tools for document engineering skill-check six
  • Complete skill-check six during the in-person classroom session
